Based in Clarinda, Melbourne's South East, Perez Fitness is a home based, boutique training facility for one on one personal training.
Christelle Perez has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and during this time has developed a passion for helping & inspiring others to live a balanced & active lifestyle.
This Melbourne based mother of three also has a dance background as a performer & instructor spanning over 25 years and is particularly interested in assisting dancers to work on strength and flexibility in order to improve their performance.
Having personally embarked on a post partum fitness journey and achieving a debut in the competitive bodybuilding industry, Christelle is incredibly passionate about supporting women, particularly new mums & second and third time mums begin or restart their own fitness journeys.
Christelle’s background in mental health work and extensive experience in the dance and fitness industry is what shapes the hollistic approach she takes when training her clients. Perez fitness adopts a ‘Mind Body Fitness’ method & approach to goal setting and achieving results that are specific and relevant to each individual.
