We created bootcamps at Perez fitness because we love bringing people together. Fitness and wellbeing goals are so much easier to achieve when you are not flying solo. Being part of a community or tribe as we like to call it of other humans who are on a similar fitness journey can be a catalyst for achieving your goals. Perez Fitness Bootcamps in Clarinda, Melbourne operate from a boutique home gym setting. They are suited for those who are looking for an experience outside of a traditional gym setting and smaller group sizes.
We cap our participants at 5 max as we prefer to provide an environment where each individual in the group is receiving the guidance they require for all Individual fitness levels.
